APG Design have in-house prototyping capabilities (3D printing, CNC milling, laser cutting etc) but offer advanced, functional models, often in the production materials, via our outstanding development partners.

Most products will use a combination of the methods above to help the prototype be as close to production as possible while saving time and costs.
Rapid Prototyping Tooling
To help speed up the process to have production ready parts and to produce realistic parts we offer a rapid tooling service where aluminium and steel tools are produced to create small runs of initial samples. These are great for testing and gaining valuable user feedback. It also allows you to use the correct material and process which sometimes you just simply can't achieve using other prototype methods.
