Your Idea - Our assistance
Distinct from the blue-sky thinking often required for initial product conceptual design, product development is more usually an iterative process of adjustment and refinement. Often led by end-user feedback to guide the project forward.

Design for Manufacture (DFM)
DFM is crucial in the design process for getting your product ready for manufacture. These are some of the key areas we will cover during this process.

Material selection - Identifying materials that meet the products requirements, this could include factors such as operating temperature’s, tensile strength, UV light exposure and chemicals.

Component design - Simplifying the parts to reduce excessive waste and operations. will then reduce tooling costs and reduce the time in production.

Assembly optimisation - Ensuring parts fit together correctly. Understand how the parts will be processed or how assemblies will be built to reduce potential errors such as misalignment, wrong components being fitted and interferences due to incorrect dimensional tolerancing.
Manufacturing
Injection Moulding
We operate modern injection moulding machinery with in-line automation cells utilising six axis robots and vision systems for automated inspection.

Assembly & Testing
Bespoke assembly and test cells, manual assembly and kitting and plastic Joining.

Printing
Hot foil printing, screen printing, pad printing and digital printing.

Recyling
In-house Polymer recycling to support the circular economy by reducing our environmental impact and to improve efficiency and cost.
