Project Background
Our client wanted an enclosure for a sophisticated environmental monitor system to provide vast amounts of data to be used in new technology.
The Problem
They required a rugged case that also had all the mounting features to locate and orientate a number of PCBs and sensors. The current manual assembly was very time consuming and provided variations.
The Solution
The final design managed to satisfy all the PDS requirements and be manufacturable within their tight project budget. It also vastly sped up assembly enabling these devices to be put into the field quickly.
